RoleMate is the first product to come out of IRLA Studio, not the last. It is where we tested how we like to build: start with a problem people actually have, then keep refining until the thing works the way it should.
How it’s built
RoleMate coordinates a set of specialised agents: one searches and ranks job listings, another adapts your CV to match each role, and a third handles the application submission where supported. The system is built for reliability, with fallback providers and a vector store that keeps job matching both fast and relevant.
