How we work

We start with the problem, not the technology. That means the first conversation is about what’s actually broken or slow or manual right now, not which model or framework sounds impressive. If a simpler rule-based system solves it faster and cheaper than a machine learning model, we’ll say so.

Once we know what we’re solving, we build in the open with you: working software early, iterated on, rather than a long build behind closed doors that lands once at the end.
