How it’s built
RoleMate runs on a multi-agent architecture. Separate agents handle search, matching, and application, coordinated rather than one monolithic script trying to do everything. It uses a vector database to store and search job listings efficiently, a fast LLM as the primary reasoning engine with a fallback provider for reliability, and browser automation to handle the actual application step where forms need to be filled.
It’s a working system, not a demo. Deployed and running, not sitting in a notebook.

How does RoleMate match jobs to my profile?
RoleMate uses semantic embeddings to understand both your CV and job descriptions beyond keyword matching. It captures context, experience level, and skill relevance to find opportunities that genuinely fit.
Does RoleMate apply without my approval?
No. RoleMate presents matched and ranked listings for your review. Auto-apply only runs on listings you've approved, and you can configure which boards and job types it processes.
What job boards does RoleMate support?
RoleMate currently supports LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and general job board APIs. Support for additional boards is added regularly based on user demand.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All CV data, application content, and personal information are encrypted at rest and in transit. We never share your data with third parties.
